A few weeks ago, we had one of those limbo-type things where Mae wasn't necessarily "sick" but still had a runny nose, so she couldn't go into her Wednesday night class at church. When given the choice, she chose for daddy to stay home with her because he would build her a fort. This is what the girls and I (after putting on their jammies...I would never consider these outfits as appropriate church choices!) walked into that night:
I'm not sure if you can tell, but he totally re-arranged the living room, took apart the couches and everything. There were doors, hallways, secret passage ways, everything. I even love how the girls posed. Notice Mae's new "cheesy" grin pose.......
I of course made him clean the mess up.
