Father's Day 2009

I love my husband. He is an awesome husband to me, and an awesome dad to his girls. He puts up with a lot from a house full of women, but never complains (though I think sometimes he deserves too:) He is seriously patient when most times I am not, and truly was handpicked by God to have three girls. Plus he never complains that the house is messy (which it always is:)

I love ya babe!! Happy Father's Day!

Faith's video

Yep, did this too....she designed most of it as well as picking out the song. Her stipulation was one that started out slow then turned "rocky". And it doesn't hurt that we are still holding out hope for aunt Di-Di to marry David Cook....so....you know.

**Sigh** Gotta love my creative girls!

Faithy-Foos Photo shoot

After working on Emmy's pictures and video, and the various other photo shoots I've been working on (which has caused major blog avoidance lately...sorry:), Faith begged me to take her pictures. She doesn't turn 9 until August, but since it is so blazingly hot then, we took advantage of a cool evening and went to Homer Lake to do some shots. I am so blessed to have such beautiful and photogenic daughters, I tell ya!

If you want to see the rest, check them out HERE!

And no....I didn't put lipstick on her. She just has great lips!

Emmy's video

I had much better and more important things to do today, but this was way funner and monopolized my time:)

Emmy's 6th Birthday

Whoa.....this week has been ridiculous with business, but I must get Emmy's b-day underway!

Due to Mae-Mae being sick on the Saturday we were planning her party to be on, we decided to go with Sunday afternoon at the park. We were only having family over Saturday, but since we moved everything to the good 'ol outdoors, I decided to quick call some of her church friends and invite them to come out and celebrate with us!

Sunday, after a quick venue change, we had a lovely party complete with cookie cake (per her request) a Tinkerbell theme, and some good old fashion pinata fun. There was also a rousing game of pin-the-tail on the donkey.

Yummy cookie-cake and good buddies..

Pinata fun.....

Emmy and all her buddies...

I cannot even believe that my "Gracey-Lou" is 6 already. She is growing up way to fast for us. We took her out for a "date and shopping spree" with just Russ and I, and she cracked us up the entire time. It is daily that she says things that make me laugh out loud. We played some miniature golf with her and had an absolute blast! (Me being the amazing photographer that I am forgot to bring the camera.....again....) She, of course, cheats horribley, but she was fun. She kept telling us "Ok, I'm gonna move on to the next course........course.....I just LOVE saying COURSE!" She also praised me for getting a "hole in twice" (as apposed to a hole-in-0ne:).

We love ya "shoogs!"
